Gatiya

A traditional Gujarati snack made from gram flour (besan). It is crispy, lightly spiced, and perfect as a tea-time snack. Its softer and slightly thicker texture makes it different from other fried snacks and is sure to become a favourite!

Gram flour, salt, carom seeds, Asaefotida, Permissible food colour (IH 6597)

Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that processes other allergens

Store in a dry place away from the direct sunlight. Best consumed within 7 days of opening, once opened trasfer the contents into an airtight container

Shelf life: 15-20 days, when stored under normal temperature
